Maybe someone on the inside knows why Peters hasn't been an option. Most people don't think it's lack of talent. He certainly has better legs that WS and probably a better arm too. Does someone on the inside know if it's lack of it's (in Harbaugh's view) lack of appreciation and respect for the position he's in? Maybe he's not watching as much film, spending extra time practicing or just doing things on his own the JH expects of QB candidates.
