To recap, NBC was not told about the Big Ten's established rules around November games. They are upset because they obviously thought they were getting Penn State, Michigan, Ohio State games in November. The schools are working to come up with solutions for this season.
ESPN reported the Penn State vs Michigan State game was being moved to Friday but now we know it is being moved to Ford Field as well.
Obviously, weather would be a concern in late November but this is a major concession by MSU. This was supposed to be Senior Day, it was one of their two premier home games along with Michigan. They are not honoring season tickets and instead refunding with the chance to buy for the game at Ford Field. I guess props to PSU and MSU for trying to make this work for the entire conference.
