if you notice all of the great offenses tend to have a fast or agile quarterback who is capable of busting off a run at anytime. In the Northwester game, we all saw what a valuable threat Patterson could be with his legs. He isn’t the fastest but he has excellent agility and can Torch a defense with his legs if given the opportunity. However, with this offense I rarely see him use his legs. I may be wrong but I think he has kept the ball on the RPO maybe a handful of times. Each time he has had a very successful gain. Do you see Patterson using his legs more in the games ahead? I have been surprised he has had such few opportunities up to this point.
