I teach fifth grade in NC went to sit down not knowing one of the kids had pulled my chair away and before you knew I was on the floor.
Dang ,it hurt right away , felt my muscles in my back swelling up. The nurse said it probably hurt my pride more than anything!
I am at home for the second day in a row, and walking around like an old man.lol
Any ideas on what to do?
