OT: What do you do for fitness?

Simply put, what is your workout routine? I like to organize my days focusing on push vs pull movements, with some cardio mixed in.
Push Day: Chest/Tricep
Pull Day: Back/Biceps/Core
Legs
Shoulders/Core

Cardio I either go low impact on elliptical or punish myself with tabata intervals on an airdyne
