A few years ago I had to rundown to the basement (where our walkins are) at work. It was in the middle of a busy dinner service so I was running so we didn't fall behind.
As I turned a corner to the stairs I nearly knock some woman in a chair down the stairs. I don't really pay too much attention to who she is....just say nicely "sorry, but this is not a public area and you shouldn't be back here"....then I keep going....
A few minutes later one of the front of house managers comes into the kitchen and tells me I nearly killed Jane Fonda who had asked if she could sit in the back for a few minutes because she wasn't feeling well...
