Posted a while back I got Bell’s Palsy. Three weeks later and May face is moving at about fifty percent. All started coming back last Thursday.
Can mostly blink my eye and can eat without holding my mouth open to stop from biting my lips.
first day back lifting in three weeks. Turned i to a complete weakling in that period of not doing a damn thing but eating and drinking.
