I'm working from home because we're getting our kitchen floor replaced.
Now, I expected the noise -- that's all a given. But the fellahs are playing some music on the boom box while they work. Not the usual when we have contractors over inside the house but ok -- I can roll with that.
But on top of all the noise, the smell of wood burning, the dog acting a little freaked out -- come the sounds of what they're playing.

These guys appear to be in their late 20s and early 30s but I think we're about twenty minutes away from a scene straight out of Tommy Boy
