Long story short... I am relocating to FL and one of the areas I'm looking into this weekend is the Space Coast area. I've already looked around the Madeira Beach down to Naples area on the Gulf side ... and also Pompano down to Key Largo.
I haven't found exactly what I'm looking for yet, which is a house on water with sailboat access to the ocean in less than 20 minutes for under 750k. Since I fly every week for work, 45 minutes or less to an airport would be fantastic too.
Any other Forters live in the Space Coast area, or used to, that can share places to focus on and/or avoid?
EDIT: I found a place on Merritt Island... now I just need a local UM bar. Any ideas?
