Looking for a good architect and the search is proving more difficult than anticipated. Everyone is too busy, etc
I am planning a major home renovation. My plan is to start with a solid architectural plan and bring that to a builder rather than using “his guy.” The project would be in Bloomfield Village which has unique restrictions—in Birmingham-Bloomfield area.
