I'm trying to save some money on a house I just bought and the bathroom tile is covered in really nice ceramic tile.....but the colors are hideous! It's the only the bathroom in house so I can't start gutting it. I'm already aware of the preparation/work involved in paiting this tile, and this sucks too: intense cleaning, sanding, more cleaning, two coats of epoxy-like paint......has anyone ever done this or any contractors have any tips?? Or am I just an idiot for even thinking of doing this?
