Consider me hooked!

Bought my wife the setup for her birthday. Just cooked our first steaks and chicken breasts, and I cannot believe how easy yet wonderful everything turned out.

There is no other way to cook a boneless skinless breast. So tender and juicy.

Finished everything in a cast iron with a tad bit of oil and butter, just for 30 seconds on each side.

I am a believer. Kids are digging it too. Now cooking poached eggs!
