I LOVE their pork collars... it turns in the BEST pulled pork ever! You don’t get any of the dry meat that comes from the butts/shoulder... only the good $hit! I also love the size... perfect size for family dinner, or cook a few for a party. Also great cooked to ~165 and cut into chops.
I’ve never tried anything else, but I just preordered an Easter spiral ham so I’ll give that a try.
I first fell in love with the pork collars after I purchased a couple from Snake River farms... but SRF is just to expensive. These are 100% equal quality.
