I'm not one for fast food but I've always liked Arby's half pound roast beef sandwich. It's not "healthy" but does come with a VERY impressive 48gm of protein, which is a rare fast food find. A short while back I heard about their Meat Mountain sandwich, I am unable to link photos but search that name and you will see how enormous it is. It comes with every type of meat they have including chicken strips, bacon, etc., on a sandwich topped with cheese, the thing is huge. I now order the Meat Mountain with ONLY Roast Beef and they stack that thing about a foot high, to cut back on carbs I ask for the smaller regular sesame seed bun (LOL). I'd guess that I'm getting about 100gm of protein with these Meat Mammoths. That's my unhealthy healthy idea i thought I'd share for any Arby's Roast Beef fans. Maybe the S&C team can serve Roast Beef Meat Mountain's to our linemen.
