I am interested in how you see the season shaking out.
It seems to me that Detroit Catholic Central is far and away the best team and that this team is potentially their best ever. They lost one good wrestler (Rhett Newton) to Brighton via transfer but gained one (Marc Shaeffer) from Davison via transfer. Not sure of the reasons for either transfer.
I think Alex Facundo of Davison is by far the best P4P wrestler in the state, even though he is only a sophomore. Be is a beast and ranked #1 nationally at his weight.
I'd be interested to hear from others who follow the sport at the high school (or college) level.
