I think it is easy! TCU LOSES IN O.T., in a playoff game and STILL has only 1 loss total, at a NEUTRAL FIELD.

Conversely, OSU gets blown out, at HOME, and subsequently sits their way ???, up TWO slots?!!
That would be criminal.
