Which is the tougher of the two to maintain at the collegiate level?
Just sitting here watching the NC/ND game thinking, what’s harder, to maintain a good to above average offense or a strong defense?
It sure seems like everywhere I look, I see very good offenses. Look at NC, since Mack Brown has come in, he’s got them humming on offense, yet they struggle on D.
Why has it been so elusive for us? Seems like offensively, every step has been painful, offensive line issues, play calling, clock management, just things I don’t see at other programs.
Yet it is not abnormal to see teams struggle on D. Seems like offenses in college have an upper hand, that is everyone but us.
Very did when you really start to think about it.
