My only argument on the list would be Saquon Barkley (he should be higher). I watched him throughout his High School career and he's an unbelievable RB/athlete. I once talked with Tim Sullivan about his recruitment and he stated Hoke and staff barely gave Barkley a look. Barkley was a Rutgers commit who flipped on his visit to PSU. I really wish he wore a winged helmet.
