Hey Michnittlion,
1. What does your gut tell you about Franklin and his tenure at PSU? From what I see...Franklin is the equivalent of Bob Davies at ND. Just curious on how you would like to see things play out...meaning would you like him to do poor so you can get rid of him or would you like 8-4 years and an occasion 11-2 season.
Do you want to beat the Alabama of the Big Ten and be the top dog or is being a UM/Carr program during the Tressel/OSU days okay?
2. Who do you hate losing to the most...Pitt or OSU or UM or somebody else?
3. What were your impressions of UM? It's only Hawaii but do you see UM inevitably being a top 4 national program for most of a decade (6 out of 10 years). I may be biased but from what I have seen from Harbaugh...this guy is ferocious and won't stop till he beats Saban. He is innovative and I had no idea how unique he is when it comes to how he coaches. The frosh locker room, they way he runs his practices, the ability to get great coaches, his entire mindset.
I had absolutely no idea how his mind works. Give me your thoughts.

1. I don't hate Franklin, I don't think he's a bad guy, I do want him to succeed, and I don't think he deserves to be on the "hot seat" quite this early. But if I had to bet, he won't be "the man" long-term at PSU. Missing a couple "intangibles."
I of course WANT us to be "the power of the B1G", but I'm content with whatever happens, be it 0-12 or 15-0. 15 years ago, I'd be upset for days if PSU lost a game, now I realize it's just some game and life goes on. Getting older, I guess.
2. Nobody, all losses are equal. I'm around Ohio State fans the most because of where I live, so it's nice to beat them. But honestly, I don't find Buckeyes fans to be too obnoxious, I don't have real problems with them.
3, U-M looked darn good against Hawaii Saturday --- of course, it is Hawaii. Some tougher team will inevitably punch Michigan in the mouth, and that will be the true test.
I like Harbaugh at Michigan --- I was one of the few people who advocated that Michigan hire him back in
2008. Of course, Harbaugh wasn't well-liked by the majority of the U-M fanbase then.

. I'm sure Harbaugh will challenge Meyer and Saban --- but I also believe that neither Meyer or Saban is scared of Harbaugh. They welcome the challenge. Should be interesting.
