Option 1: Olivier Nkamhoua
We have recruited him to what is nearing two months. It was once not if he was committing, but when he was committing. That was in mid April.
Going pro became his top option, but his combine performance did not yield an invite and his draft process is officially over.
He has since visited
1. west virginia
2. kansas state
3. baylor
It appears Michigan worked to get the last visit. That too me is a GREAT SIGN.
We have had two months to formulate a NIL plan for him and to this point have zero NIL worthy portal commits. Love may have been one, but he's gone.
We have to know that a guy who was looking at pro options here and abroad is someone that will require some type of NIL deal. We back off a lot of recruits that want money (RayJ Dennis, Cleveland) or don't recruit them at all.
They have stayed on Nkamoua since April despite money having to be some factor.
They have had no backup center visits. June 1 is the two month mark of dickerson leaving. They have been all in on Nkamhoua for a long time.
What needs to happen on his visit (respectable NIL offer is crucial).
1. There's no for competitors only here on this recruitment. The starting 4 job and 30+ minutes are his.
2. 6 draft picks in 4 years. Beat this drum endlessly.
3. NBA and Heat connections. We will improve your draft stock. Bash the living hell out of west virginia and huggins having few nba players. His highest west virginia pick was a Beilein recruit. We have NBA connections and can get you a tryout.
