Unfortunately schedules with @Josh Henschke and team didn't work out for an article about our program so I am introducing it to the community here.
The program's mission is to create the most powerful community-funded NIL program in college athletics that is committed to bringing a national championship to the Big House. These are not empty words. Every element of our program and roadmap is designed to support maximum community participation with maximum differentiated NIL impact that will redefine the college athletics world order. Michigan's boosters are not as aggressive as others; however the breadth and depth of Michigan's community dominates every other school's.
Our program is the “transformational, not transactional” solution that empowers the Michigan football fan community to dominate the NIL-era of college athletics. We use non-fungible tokens (NFTs) as the underlying digital token for community membership based on the ideal application of transformational community engagement and monetization technology to an existing large passionate real world community with a clear shared mission. Every transaction – whether it’s from a booster, fan, memorabilia collector, crypto trader, etc.– ultimately benefits the community’s Mission. 80% of our proceeds are paid directly to participating student-athletes and the remainder is reinvested in community rewards, incentives and new programs along with payment processing plus technology platform costs.
Our platform maximizes efficiency between supporters and student-athletes with a repeatable and scalable annual program that establishes transparent public precedents for community-support to student-athletes on the Michigan football team. We believe meaningful community-based NIL support for all student-athletes (together with other NIL efforts) along with the world class education, alumni networks, facilities, player development, coaching, national viewership, etc. will elevate Michigan football recruiting in the new NIL-era, not just preserve the status quo.
The simple ask is that all fans and supporters act as fans and supporters.
- Benefactors - If you are willing to contribute $5,000 or more, please register and contribute today during the Collective phase.
- Supporters - During the Sale at a later date, all supporters will be able to purchase one or more NFTs at a fixed price that is determined based on the total support during the Collective phase.
- Fans - Every fan can make an impact by registering and sharing with their friends, family and followers.
