I have heard lots of great things and many on this board who like Matt Campbell and what he is doing at Iowa State is amazing, And it is built form foundation and tough fundamentals and great player development, not a flash in the pan gimmick system like Rich Rod and some others.
However i heard they are running 3-3-5 defense. That part when I found out about it scares me as isn't that defense bad and gimmicky and will not work in Big Ten. As Rich Rod ran it and it was beyond horrible.
Would Matt Campbell be sold to it or would he adjust if we hired him if Harbaugh leaves.
