and that, to me, is the most disappointing aspect of Michigan football under JH. Both Skene and Van Bergen pointed out similar observations - guys seem to be ok with losing, there doesn't seem to be anyone on the team that is angry about losing. Harbaugh's post game comments seem to me to be acceptance. He's happy with every coach on his staff? How can that be, unless he doesn't demand better? Everyone seems to be comfortable with the losing, including the players. That can only happen if the coaching staff allows it and never holds ANYONE accountable for their performance and it start with the HC.
I've seen thread here asking that if you think Jim H needs to be replaced, who do you get that would be better? Anyone that can give the team a pulse would be a start, imo.
I have been a big Harbaugh fan, but I just don't see any evidence that he can now turn this around mainly because I don't see him holding anyone accountable - including Don Brown who has been outcoached in too many games, and his son Jay who is making a mess of the running back situation (we have plenty of talent there, but a four back rotation? Really? Two backs maybe, but four?).
Sigh...
