Local Michigan OL Center Tyrone Sampson - No Michgian offer?

Tyrone Sampson is a local 4 Star OL Center. He is a Syracuse commit. I wonder why Michigan doesn't offer him and doesn't want him. You can never have enough Center. He has great size, over 300 lbs. He was great in Michigan one on one camp earlier this week. If offer, I think he would flip.
