What does this sound mean? You can't tell but there was a good amount of smoke.
Originally, it would only start for 3-5 seconds then sputter out, so I first got a new spark plug. Didn't help.
Next, I siphoned gas and put in brand new gas (with fuel stabilizer) and changed the oil.
When that didn't it fix it, I removed and cleaned the carburetor (it's the crappy plastic one from Briggs and Stratton). That didn't fix it so I got a new one and now it lasted for about 20 seconds (that video) and is now back to sputtering for a couple of seconds.
