I'm not positive what the etiquette is on this, since it's from another site, but it's also out there on Twitter...but apparently Lavert's making an announcement at the Army Bowl...seems obvious (to me anyway) where this one's headed; you don't really see a recruit make an announcement if he's sticking with the college he's already committed to.
