Has anyone noticed how a lot of the best college teams (OSU, ND, Florida (maybe Clemson) and Alabama) don't allow their players to wear jewelry, i.e., earrings during games? I could wrong, but I am pretty sure this is the case. Michigan never let the players where jewelry until Harbaugh got here. I know this is petty and I will probably be criticized, but this shows how Harbaugh treats his players more like NFL pro players than college players. It may be a very subtle thing, but it sends a message about the team being bigger than individuals. It also is symbolic of a lack of discipline in the most basic areas. Fire away.
