The latest on the addition of Dan Enos and other staff rumblings ...

Dan Enos is joining the Michigan staff, and he's a great addition, according to those close to it. As we mentioned in an ITF a few weeks ago, the former MSU quarterback and staffer seems like a question mark on the surface, but he doesn't see eye to eye to with Spartans head man Mark Dantonio, and his allegiance is to his employer.

Enos is likely to be wide receivers coach (we'd previously heard RBs) with a line on OC down the road (maybe sooner than later). We've heard passing game coordinator Pep Hamilton actually has an NFL job offer, and he's expected to take it.

Enos was recommended to Harbaugh last year before Harbaugh hired Hamilton. He's "a hard working recruiting who has 'it,'" which has been his reputation ... and is much needed on this staff. There are some for whom recruiting was a chore.

Al Washington is now telling his Cincinnati recruits that he is headed to Michigan. He, too, is an excellent recruiter. He was key in that role at Boston College and was seen as one of that program's top talent finders before leaving for Cincinnati last year.

We've heard Harbaugh is telling his staffers (the way he did before hiring Don Brown) to "go find guys who can help us win." Former Wolverine Kurt Anderson's name has popped up a couple of times. We expect an almost full staff turnover on offense.

On the defensive side, still lots of smoke that Harbaugh will have to fight to keep linebackers/special teams coach Chris Partridge, who is being seduced with money/titles from SEC schools and others.

We'll continue to provide updates as we get them ...
