Michigan head coach Jim Harbaugh is playing it close to the vest in dealing with the media, as he usually does. U-M will be seeking its 10th win of the season in Harbaugh's first year as head coach and it's become clear how badly the Wolverines want this one.

Harbaugh in particular. From what we hear, this is not a "fun" excursion for the Wolverines - rather a business trip, just the way Harbaugh wants it. It's been "like fall camp at times," we've been told, right down to not allowing some former players into practice.

We still don't expect redshirt freshman defensive back Jabrill Peppers to play. He's suffering from a hand/wrist injury (or "working through something," as Harbaugh would say). We've heard there could be another serious injury that could play a major factor in this game, too - it's clear Harbaugh didn't want it out there or he would have talked about it with the media recently. It can be overcome, but let's just say the Wolverines could be missing another potential weapon.

In short, the kids are being worked, and Harbaugh is demanding they look sharp. This was the matchup many in Schembechler Hall felt was most favorable, and they'll be pulling out all the stops to win it.

Watch for more throughout the week ...
