*** Michigan head coach Jim Harbaugh and his staff have hit the satellite camp circuit hard this month. With just one say left before the dead period, Harbaugh and company are going to take full advantage of it. Harbaugh is set to make his way to the Seattle-area for a camp with Pacific Lutheran University. U-M offensive coordinator Josh Gattis, offensive line coach Sherrone Moore and tight ends coach Jay Harbaugh are slated to be in attendance at this camp as well. Michigan has been recruiting the Pacific Northwest harder as of late. The region is home to some key remaining 2022 targets, including Rivals100 offensive lineman Josh Conerly, Rivals250 wide receiver Tobias Merriweather, three-star offensive lineman Mark Nabou and three-star tight end Jack Velling.

*** Michigan will also be represented in Las Vegas for a joint camp with UNLV. Michigan assistant Shaun Nua as well as graduate assistants Grant Newsome and Nate Crutchfield are expected to be in attendance. Nua is the area recruiter out West, and Vegas is an area the Wolverines want to get more involved in, especially with new Director of Player Personnel Courtney Morgan on staff. Morgan has a few connections in Vegas. The Wolverines don't have many offers out there, but did recently extend a scholarship to four-star 2023 cornerback Justyn Rhett out of powerhouse Bishop Gorman.

*** Michigan cornerbacks coach Steve Clinkscale is scheduled to be in attendance at a joint camp with Miami (Ohio) tomorrow night. It is unclear which assistants will join him at the camp. Clinkscale is an Ohio native and recruited the state hard during his time at Kentucky. I would expect him to help Michigan's efforts there once he gets settled in. Michigan just offered 2022 Canton linebacker Mani Powell and hosted Rivals100 2023 offensive lineman Luke Montgomery for a visit earlier this month.

*** Michigan quarterbacks coach Matt Weiss is scheduled to be in Pennsylvania for a joint camp with Pitt. Michigan has recruited hard/well in Pennsylvania since I've been on this beat, so it's an interesting choice to have an assistant at. It'll be interesting to see if offers are made at the camp and if Michigan hones in on recruiting the state.
