was it Wheatley that was keeping Ty off the field the past couple years?
I mean he averaged 5.8 and 6.7 yards per carry the past couple years but didn't touch the ball some games. 1 carry for a 7-yard TD against Iowa and then doesn't touch it again? that was his only carry in our 3 losses. I guess he couldn't have helped our magnificent rushing attack in those games.
all the sudden he "gets it" and is running away with the job. yeah, I don't really buy that one.
I think there are and have been some personnel evaluation issues on the offensive side of the ball.
