Ohio State will host Michigan State at 7:30 p.m. on November 11. The game will air on NBC.
Michigan plays Penn State on November 11. Unless whatever network the U-M/Penn State game is on wants to clash with NBC for ratings in the primetime slot, I think it's safe to assume Michigan won't be playing under the lights in Happy Valley, which is a huge win for Michigan.
Unless I'm missing some sort of scheduling intricacies, I'd say plan for a noon or 3:30 start time between the Wolverines and Nittany Lions.
