Winston flagrantly grounds the ball from the pocket. But an offensive lineman touches it. So instead of grounding, which would have been a spot foul and loss of down, it’s illegal touching, which is only 5 yards and replay the down. They must’ve have called it correctly but that’s a terrible rule.
