Since this was called against Harbaugh in his first year at Michigan, I've been waiting to see if/when it would be called again.

I still haven't seen it.

And then I've thought about times it could have been applied. OSU, for example, has the play where all the skill position players on offense look to the sideline after a hard count like they are waiting to change the play. The defense relaxes, and they quickly snap it and give the receivers a running start on an unsuspecting secondary.

It happened last year and almost resulted in a touchdown when Ambry Thomas relaxed.

Anyway ... anyone else since that penalty called since?
