I can understand why he might want out of his NFL gig, but he probably could shoot a little higher in terms of a college job than Maryland (not that I'm insinuating anything bad about them).

Obie, and his agent pull this crap all the time. He doesn't want out of his NFL gig. He just wants better contract terms and/or money from the Texans. He and his agent plant stories like this. He pulled this crap with PSU twice.
Didn't realize he was such a gold digger. That's unfortunate and will catch up to him at some point.
