I have heard enough to make me feel confident that Chris Partridge is headed back to Michigan in an assistant coaching role. A welcomed addition to the staff who should fit in and be a major hit with the players and recruits.
The next question is who is out? Michigan is at capacity with coaches right now and would have to have a departure in order to make Partridge fit.
There is expected to be some movement on the staff, in this case to fit in Partridge, on defense. When? Not sure but the rumors are picking up steam as of late.
Can confirm that neither defensive coordinator is leaving. I won’t be confirming names until it gets clear the plan of action.
