Harbaugh’s contract issue and the lack of productivity of his assistants have me thinking about the upcoming NIL deal coming for student athletes. Will you expect or demand more production from them? Like we would their coaches? I haven’t viewed them as simple kids in a long time. With all the money involved now, on the level and not, this is not a fun feel good pastime. It’s a professional sport and I will expect much more of them. If they become cancerous to the team, they go like any bad employee. When they win and bring in revenue then they can be celebrated, like they so much crave nowadays.
