Hold on, Nate Johnson & Jordan Elliott might go elsewhere

according to the doctors of recruiting around here, that's as low and malevolent as a guy can go. They committed to us, right? I'm saying Harbaugh nasty and wrong...

Nope. Especially now how Harbaugh is behaving. Can you trust Harbaugh? Do you want your son, your player you've coached in high school to travel half way or all the way across country to play for someone that you maybe can't trust? IF there is nay backlash, Harbaugh has brought this upon himself.

Players should be able to commit and decommit. The decision is as big if not bigger for them than it is for the school. Harbaugh and the UM name is the adult in the situation. You do the right thing even if others are not. Kids will be kids.

If Harbaugh and Drevno are such gurus, Swenson's possible stagnant progress the last couple of years would be easy for them to reverse, right?

This stinks and is a minor to moderate embarrassment for a university that should do things the right way and let the Sabans and Meyers of the world make these moves.

Yeah, because recruits only leave a school when the school pulls a scholarship offer on a player that another coach committed to...do you do naive much or you and your season-ticket-holding self must have forgotten all the recruits who've turned their backs on commitments to UM, yes, gasp, even on signing day. I would tell my son it's a big boy world and you have to be shrewd in how you live in it, unlike your vision of Utopia.

What I have been hearing is not the taking back an offer by Hoke. They seem to be having a problem with the timing. They have had a year to make this decision. His senior film has been has been available for some time and the decision should have not been earlier. Maybe they are just now getting in on better OL recruits late in the process.

You really sound confused. Meyer and Saban get criticized for cutting players, essentially. It has nothing to do with what happens before signing day.

Until the letter of intent is signed, nothing is official. You seem to think that once a verbal commitment happens, it should be binding for the school. If that's the case, what is the point of signing day? Should the verbal and the signed letter of intent do the exact same thing?

You're correct he is confused or just a hater. But of course the binding verbal clause only applies to the school, not to the childrens.
