Hmm, thinking of Rooks I was wondering about PennSt's class

Its a real mixed bag but only one recruit on the DL so far and he's about the same size as Rooks.
Im sure they have room but the class as a whole is nothing to right home about so far.
Question is, does Rooks value PT more than team quality?
