@bericson76 and @speedboys ! Hey guys, we had a good discussion of the Packers going last spring. I wanted to revisit things as I am currently watching the Packers-Patriots game. I think we all agreed that Jordan Love scares the mess out of us….and he continues to reinforce that feeling in me tonight. I told a friend that I might be looney but Jordan Love better not feel too comfortable as the “presumed starter” because I can see Clifford edging him out.
I mean Love has had every advantage, sitting and learning off of a future HOF QB…what?, Love a fourth-year NFL bench QB ? and then Clifford a rookie. If he can get to 90% of Love efficiency in a couple of weeks (which is not a wild possibility, watching Love), maybe Clifford either starts OR gets eased in when the Pack starts losing offensive firepower.
Have you guys watched Clifford much? Does he have it ‘between the ears’?
Gimme some feedback on this (and board, no anti-PSU bias necessary on Clifford). I am just looking for some honest, objective info on this kid). Thanks !
