So, yesterday sucked. And losing to MSU and OSU again sucks. But here's how I'm choosing to look at things. 11 months ago we were all over the moon that we landed Harbaugh, and despite that, most still figured we'd win 7 or 8 games at best. Harbaugh won 9, and maybe will get to 10. So if one of the Top 5 coaches in all of football can pull off a pretty amazing turnaround in Year 1 that most didn't expect, shouldn't we be twice as excited about what he can do next year?

Yesterday was a reality check that we weren't quite there yet. But the rest of the season is testament that Jim might be even better as a coach than we thought. The guy is already anointed as the savior, and he still managed to exceed expectations. Not a bad start at all.
