First, and I’m sure already discussed, our offensive play calling was predictable. NW fans next to me were calling plays. Second, our O-line is worse than advertised. Any good opponent that brings more than 4 rushers will force Patterson to scramble. Still not picking up simple twists and stunts. Worse yet, at times getting man handled 1 on 1 versus NW. Our WR’s are bunched together and not allowing pure passing lanes. Very disappointing scheme wise. Third, our defense is very good, but not great. I love pressure man but need to turn heads and play with technique. Those flags were legit. Where is Gary??? I’m hopeful we can make adjustments the next two weeks. We are going to have to score 25-30 points to beat OSU, PSU. Lack of discipline is astounding. That’s it. Good night. Go blue!! Still holding out hope for 13-1.
