well, they were very good not to disparage the previous coaches, but there was an excitement in their voice over the new coaches. These guys understand the reputation of the coaches Jim Harbaugh brought in, and it's clear to them that what is being taught is being taught to them by some pretty darn sharp guys.
They avoided talking about expectations and all that, but you did get the sense they think they're a lot better than their record the past few seasons and think they could be pretty good this fall (if they get a quarterback).
