Redshirt frosh Joe Milton was getting some personal attention from head coach Jim Harbaugh on mechanics. He's still struggling to hit receivers in stride, even on simple drop back and throw drills. When he's on, he's on ... he throws a beautiful ball. When he's not, he's way off.
Redshirt sophomore Dylan McCaffrey and senior Shea Patterson threw the ball really well.
Ben Van Sumeren was working with the tight ends. He's been disappointed with the playing time, so this one makes sense.
