are here and moving well through individual drills. They look like they're 100 percent when they're cutting, etc. ... it's obviously good news that they're doing everything their teammates are doing.
The team looks like it's in pretty good shape, like they've been taking conditioning seriously over the last several weeks. Morale is high since they're doing more things off the field, unlike the first year when it was "all business." That doesn't mean they're dogging it, but they're going to Universal Studios tonight, for example, and having some more fun.
Redshirt frosh Joe Milton was getting some personal attention from head coach Jim Harbaugh on mechanics. He's still struggling to hit receivers in stride, even on simple drop back and throw drills. When he's on, he's on ... he throws a beautiful ball. When he's not, he's way off.
Redshirt sophomore Dylan McCaffrey and senior Shea Patterson threw the ball really well.
Ben Van Sumeren was working with the tight ends. He's been disappointed with the playing time, so this one makes sense.
Freshman tackle Karsen Barnhart moves really well ... keeping in mind it's just drills.
We'll have some practice video for you as soon as it's done uploading.
