I think the pandemic promoted the industry’s rapid growth in SoCal when take-out was the only restaurant option. We have two trucks visit our neighborhood every Monaday and every Wednesday and we order from one or both at least once a week. Tonight is lobster roll, lobster Mac n cheese, fried clams and Boston cream pie from the NewEngland Seafood truck.
