Bruins not a lock for the NCAA yet, but this was a 75 % chance in with a win and 25% in with a loss.
This won't be a quad 1 for Michigan, but a top 50 win under the old system and more importantly a win over a projected NCAA team (which they would be if I were building a bracket right now) for Michigan.
Michigan has five wins over projected NCAA teams right now (MSU (2), OSU, Texas, UCLA).
Purdue has five as well (Mich (2), Zona, Louisville, Butler).
MSU only has two (NC, Purdue).
You never know if one small sliver pushes a team into Detroit when everything gets added up.....
