It was a busy day for Michigan offensive line coach Ed Warinner. He spent some time catching up with the New Orleans media and had a call with his former pupil Cesar Ruiz. While he's obviously paying close attention to the draft, Warinner also found some time to hit up recruits.

Warinner had yet another call with Rivals250 offensive lineman David Davidkov. The two have really formed a special bond. Out of all the offensive line recruits, I'm told Davidkov has been the easiest to communicate with. Davidkov and Warinner really click on a personal level. And that's going a long way in this recruitment.

Again, it's a Michigan-Iowa-Ohio State battle for Davidkov, who plans to officially visit all three in June. I have my pick in for Michigan, and while I'm not overly confident, I do still like where the Wolverines stand. Warinner is doing a hell of a job during the pandemic with Davidkov and his family.

Warinner also caught up with all three of Michigan's 2021 offensive line commits — Greg Crippen, Giovanni El-Hadi and Raheem Anderson. All three are happy with their commitments and fully onboard.

Lastly, Warinner had a call with Top 100 2022 Seattle offensive lineman Josh Conerly. The call went extremely well and resulted in an offer for Conerly. I just talked to Conerly, who said Warinner made a great first impression and that he is very interested in visiting both Michigan and Northwester in the near future.
