I think the early portal closed on either December 28 or 5 days after a team’s final post-season game. So I believe the longer postseason Portal is now closed for any players who want to transfer. Correct?
There’s another much shorter window, about a week or so, following the spring practice period. I think that window is in late April or early May. That gives players who realize as the result of spring practice that they’d be better off transferring the opportunity to do so.
While we still have a number of players, mostly reserves, who haven’t entered the portal, is it a fair assumption that further significant losses due to transfer declarations after spring drills is unlikely?
