So what do we think the retention plan is to keep coach Brown?
I'm not suggesting anyone here takes him for granted. I think we know what we have here- arguably one the greatest defensive coaches in the history of the sport at any level.
Look at what he's doing this year with 10 new defensive starters. I just don't see us ever finishing outside the top10 as long as he's our DC.
Which begs the question, how do you keep him? Is it as simple as money? What else can we do? I'm prepared to name a building and possibly a couple streets after him. What other rentention strategies can we deploy?
