Thinking about it, there was a lot of talk about the 4 hour practices and how it was within guidelines bc the rule was a certain number of hours per week.
Well by spreading it out it looks like JH got about 60 hours of practice time in the prescribed 15 spring practices. I would guess most teams get 40-50.
That's a pretty decent gap, and very smart if true. JH loves loopholes.
